Section 1
Purpose and Scope
This Shipment and Exchange Policy ("Policy") governs the dispatch, delivery, and exchange of all products, materials, and services purchased from Raha Technologies ("Raha Technologies"). This includes both digital service deliveries (e.g., online course access, LMS credentials, downloadable study materials) and physical shipments (e.g., printed certificates, books, or merchandise). By enrolling in a course, purchasing a service, or accepting a physical shipment, the User agrees to the terms set forth herein.

📋 This policy forms part of Raha Technologies' Terms and Conditions (Section 14).
Section 2
Digital Shipment and Service Delivery
2.1 Activation of Digital Access
  • Digital course materials, credentials, and LMS access are considered "delivered" immediately upon successful payment confirmation through authorized payment gateways.
  • Once the User's payment is verified, an automated activation email or SMS is sent with login details.
  • Raha Technologies shall not be held responsible for delays caused by payment gateway downtime, user email misconfiguration, or incorrect contact details.
2.2 Delivery Confirmation
  • Delivery of digital products shall be deemed complete when access credentials, links, or materials are successfully issued to the registered email ID or user dashboard.
  • Non-receipt of login information due to spam filtering, user error, or inactive email accounts shall not constitute non-delivery.
2.3 Replacement or Re-Issuance of Digital Access
  • If digital access credentials are lost or compromised, Raha Technologies may, at its sole discretion, reissue credentials after verifying the User's identity.
  • Such re-issuance shall not extend course validity or refund eligibility.
  • Replacement requests due to negligence, password sharing, or unauthorized access will not be entertained.
Section 3
Physical Shipments (Certificates, Books, or Official Documents)
3.1 Shipment Procedure
  • Physical certificates or official merchandise (if applicable) are shipped only after course completion and upon full settlement of fees, including EMI installments, late fees, and penalties.
  • Users must provide a valid and complete shipping address. Raha Technologies shall not be liable for loss or delay arising from incorrect or incomplete address details.
  • All physical shipments are dispatched through registered courier partners with standard tracking facilities.
3.2 Delivery Timelines

Physical shipments are generally processed and dispatched within 15 working days after payment clearance and certificate eligibility verification.

Variable Delivery
Delivery timelines may vary based on User location, courier serviceability, or force majeure conditions.

No Liability for External Delays
Raha Technologies assumes no responsibility for postal or logistics delays beyond its reasonable control.

3.3 Shipping Charges
  • Standard domestic shipping within India may attract nominal courier and handling fees.
  • International shipments (if applicable) will incur additional charges, which must be paid prior to dispatch.
  • Shipment fees are non-refundable once the package has been dispatched.
3.4 Loss or Damage in Transit

  • All shipments are packed and dispatched in tamper-evident packaging.
  • Raha Technologies shall not be liable for courier loss, theft, or damage post-dispatch; however, reasonable assistance may be provided to help Users file claims with the logistics provider.
💰 Replacement Fees
Duplicate certificates, if reissued, shall incur a replacement fee of ₹500 plus applicable taxes and courier costs.
Section 4
Exchange and Replacement Policy
4.1 Digital Service Exchanges
  • Exchanges or replacements are not applicable to digital courses, LMS access, or downloadable content once activated, as they constitute intangible services under applicable consumer protection laws.
  • No transfer, substitution, or change of enrolled course shall be allowed once credentials are generated.
4.2 Physical Material Replacement
  • Replacement is permitted only in cases of proven manufacturing or printing defects in physical materials (e.g., misspelled name on certificate, damaged packaging, or defective merchandise).
  • Replacement requests must be raised in writing to [email protected] within 7 working days of receipt, accompanied by photographic proof of defect.
  • Raha Technologies reserves the right to verify the claim and approve or deny replacement requests.
  • Approved replacements shall be shipped within 15 working days, free of cost for domestic deliveries.
4.3 Non-Eligibility for Exchange or Replacement
Exchanges will not be accepted for:
Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the User.
Items damaged due to mishandling, environmental factors, or third-party courier negligence.
Discontinued or expired courses, materials, or services.
Students terminated or suspended under Sections 4, 5, or 7 of Raha Technologies' Terms and Conditions (misconduct, academic fraud, non-payment, or policy violation).
Section 5
Legal and Operational Provisions
5.1 Transfer of Ownership
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the User once the shipment is handed over to the authorized courier or, in the case of digital products, upon successful activation of access credentials.
5.2 Limitation of Liability
Raha Technologies shall not be responsible for delays, errors, or losses arising out of:
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, cyberattacks, courier delays, or government restrictions).
  • Technical disruptions in payment gateways or courier tracking systems.
  • User negligence or violation of platform security protocols.
5.3 Governing Law
This Shipment and Exchange Policy forms an integral part of Raha Technologies' Terms and Conditions.
All disputes arising under this Policy shall be governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
Section 6
Acknowledgment
By making any payment, accepting course access, or receiving shipment, the User hereby confirms full understanding and irrevocable acceptance of this Shipment and Exchange Policy. All decisions by Raha Technologies regarding replacement, exchange, or shipping disputes shall be final and binding.

Raha Technologies follows Indian tax laws for all payments made to agents, lead generators, or student referrers. This policy ensures transparency, legal compliance, and prevention of tax fraud.
